Players start each round with an ante or blind bet. After the antes and blind bets are placed, the dealer shuffles the cards, the player on the right of the button cuts them, and the dealers deals each person two cards. Once everyone has their two cards, a betting round begins.<\/p>\n
During this betting round, players can check, call, raise or fold their hands. If a player has a strong hand, they should raise to put pressure on their opponents.
